All our upcycled denim products can be washed the same as you would wash your pair of jeans. Just empty it out and throw it in the washing machine. Let it dry and give it an iron.

Thank you for supporting Need 2 Renew! We take great pride in giving reclaimed materials a beautiful new life. Because our items are uniquely handcrafted and upcycled, please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Free from any marks, smells, or signs of wear.
In its original packaging (where applicable).
Please Note on Upcycled Items: Our products are crafted from reclaimed materials, meaning slight variations in texture, colour shading, or fabric character are part of the unique charm of the piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Custom or Personalised Orders: Any items made to specific customer measurements, custom branding, or personalised adjustments.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
We meticulously check every item before it leaves our studio. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing fault (such as a broken metal snap fastener or failed stitching), please contact us immediately at contact@need2renew.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund.
5. How to Return an Item
Email us at contact@need2renew.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once approved, we will send you instructions on where to mail your package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or faulty). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for pre-made items (like many of our denim totes or aprons) are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Because we give reclaimed materials a beautiful new life, custom or made-to-order items require 7–14 business days to meticulously craft before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Flat-rate of $20.70 across Australia with an estimated delivery window of 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping: An upgraded option for customers who need their items quickly is available on request.
Free Shipping Threshold: Free standard shipping on all orders over $120.
Local Pickup Options
At Need 2 Renew we run creative workshops, at our studio in Ocean Grove, Victoria 3226.
Click & Collect: "Local to the area? Avoid shipping fees by selecting 'Local Pickup' at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready to arrange a collection time from our studio."
Tracking & Delivery Details
Tracking Numbers: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with an Australia Post tracking link.
Lost or Damaged Parcels: While we aren't responsible for postal delays, if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help sort it out.
