These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at www.need2renew.com (the "Website"), and the booking of any workshops, classes, or services provided by Need 2 Renew ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our Website or booking a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility & User Accounts

  • Age Requirements: Our Website and services are available to adults and children. However, bookings for children’s workshops must be completed by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.

  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments online via secure credit/debit card processing platforms and any other payment methods explicitly integrated at our Wix checkout. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been processed.

  • Pricing: All prices for workshops, materials, and bundles are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Refunds and Cancellations: All bookings are strictly subject to our separate Booking & Refund Policy, which outlines cancellation timeframes, multi-class bundles, and minimum attendance requirements.

3. Right to Modify Offerings

  • Need 2 Renew reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, workshop curriculum, schedules, or pricing at any time without prior notice or liability. If a change significantly disrupts an existing, paid booking, remedies will be provided in alignment with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Website Content: All content displayed on this Website—including logos, text, graphics, workshop descriptions, images, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of Need 2 Renew and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Workshop Materials: Any instructional materials, patterns, digital guides, or project designs provided during our workshops are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our proprietary designs or curriculum without explicit written permission.

5. Account Suspension and Cancellation

We reserve the right to immediately suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to our Website, member accounts, or physical studio workshops, without notice or liability, if we determine that you have:

  • Violated these Terms or our studio safety guidelines.

  • Provided false or misleading information.

  • Engaged in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward instructors or other participants.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Services: We deliver our workshops with due care, skill, and professional knowledge. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide our Website and creative workshops on an "as-is" basis without any express warranties regarding specific creative outcomes.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Need 2 Renew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any personal property loss or damage sustained during our workshops.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
